- SMME specialist implementers and fund managers are selected and overseen to ensure both impact and expected returns
- 104+ grows funding to ensure SMMEs can be supported at scale

Specialist Investment Team
The 104+ operations team utilises:

- A range of implementing partners that can work with SMMEs at early stages under the development mandate.
Good Governance
Board membership prioritises SMME investment and supports knowledge. While consisting majority independents, the Board includes representatives from anchor partner Sanlam.
